ONLINE RETURN POLICY
ANY SALE MERCHANDISE THAT IS MARKED AS FINAL SALE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
To receive a refund in the original form of payment for online purchases, items must be returned and received back in-store within 14 days upon original receipt. Shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable.If you received free shipping on your initial purchase and return any/all items in that purchase you will be charged the amount of the initial shipping and handling.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
In order to be returned, items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
Special order items are NOT refundable, if you place a special order and want to return it you will be offered store credit for the item or a gift card.
All original tags must be attached and items must be in original packaging.
Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box, free of shipping labels.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Undergarments & Final Sale items may not be returned.
Orders placed after 4:00PM Central time will be processed and shipped the following business day.
