ANY SALE MERCHANDISE THAT IS MARKED AS FINAL SALE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
To receive a refund in the original form of payment for online purchases, items must be returned and received back in-store within 14 days upon original receipt. Shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable.
Holiday Returns
During the Holiday season (Nov. 1st - Dec 25th) we extend our return policy to 30 days from date of purchase as long the returned items are received before January 10th.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
In order to be returned, items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
Special order items are NOT refundable, if you place a special order and want to return it you will be offered store credit for the item or a gift card.
All original tags must be attached and items must be in original packaging.
Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box, free of shipping labels.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Undergarments & Final Sale items may not be returned.
Orders placed after 4:00PM Central time will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Blond Genius has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Blond Genius. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
