ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Unless otherwise noted in the item's description ALL SALE items are FINAL SALE (EXCEPT for size exchanges) and may not be returned.
Refunds available on full retail price. Items must be received back in store within 30 days upon original receipt. Shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. A pre-paid return shipping label can be requested and the cost of the label will deducted from your refund after the returned items are received.
Undergarments, earrings, headbands, hair accessories & any other items marked as FINAL SALE in the item's description may not be returned.
In order to be returned, all original tags must be attached and items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged. Any items that come in a box or case must be returned in the original box or case to receive a refund. For example, sunglasses must be returned with the original case in the same condition as when it was received, or a refund will not be allowed.
Special order items are NOT refundable, if you place a special order and want to return it you will be offered store credit for the item or a gift card.
All original tags must be attached and items must be packaged securely to prevent damage.
Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box, free of shipping labels.
USA Domestic Shipping Policy
We ship domestically via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express, UPS Ground and/or FedEx Express or Ground. We chose the carrier/service at the time of order fulfillment based on the delivery service and rate selected by you at checkout.
When possible orders placed before 2:00 PM Central time will be processed and shipped that day or the following business day, orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Blond Genius is pleased to offer shipping worldwide through our trusted partnership with DHL and InXpress Shipping. We attempt to process and ship international orders within 2 business days of you placing your order. Pending any hold up in customs your order should be delivered by DHL within 2 to 5 days of shipping.
International orders DO NOT qualify for free shipping promotions.
Please note: We are not responsible for your countries customs handling, duties or any taxes on your international order. You may be invoiced separately by your customs office for these additional charges. Any additional customs fees are completely separate from your payment to Blond Genius and will be collected at the time of delivery by the carrier or invoiced from your customs office.
