By invitation only, our presale clients enjoy first access to each season’s most coveted pieces — thoughtfully curated and reserved exclusively for them.

How it works:

1. Receive Your Invitation & Passcode
At this time, presale access is offered by invitation only. You will receive a private invitation and passcode from a Blond Genius team member granting you exclusive access to shop our presale collections. 

2. Place Your Preorders
Once you have access to the presale collection you're ready to shop. You can browse the presale collection, select your styles and then complete checkout as usual. Preorders are paid in full at the time of purchase to guarantee your pieces.

3. We Receive the Collection
Each presale collection includes an estimated arrival window listed on the collection and product pages. Many deliveries arrive earlier than expected — and if they do, we ship immediately.

4. We Ship (or You Pick Up)
Once inventory arrives in-store, your order ships within 3 business days — or you may select in-store pickup at checkout and we will notify you when your items are ready.

5. Flexible Store Credit Policy
Should you elect to cancel your preorder prior to shipment or return it once received, your full payment will be issued as store credit/gift card. Our gift cards never expire and can be used on any new, sale or PRESALE items in the future. Please note: As each preorder piece is reserved especially for you, refunds to your credit card are not available on preorder purchases.

6. REPEAT
Stay tuned to our social media and email list as we drop our future presale collections. We plan to offer several deliveries each season as PRESALES helping you to lock-in your favorite styles early before they sell out.
