How Blond Genius Preorders Work:
When you place a preorder, you pay in full at checkout to reserve your selected styles—guaranteeing they’re yours before they hit stores or sell out. Once the collection arrives to our store, we’ll ship your order within 3 business days (or you may choose in-store pickup). If it arrives early, we’ll send it out right away.

Returns/Cancellations of Preorder Items: 
Store credit/gift card (never expire) will be issued for all returned or cancelled preorders. As each piece is reserved especially for you, refunds to the original form of payment are not available on preorder purchases.

Any styles not sold in our presale will move to our full FRAME inventory here once they are received in-store.
