ONLINE RETURN POLICY

ANY SALE MERCHANDISE THAT IS MARKED AS FINAL SALE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.

To receive a refund in the original form of payment for online purchases, items must be returned and received back in-store within 14 days upon original receipt. Shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable.

Holiday Returns
During the Holiday season (Nov. 1st - Dec 25th) we extend our return policy to 30 days from date of purchase as long the returned items are received before January 10th.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

In order to be returned, items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged.

Special order items are NOT refundable, if you place a special order and want to return it you will be offered store credit for the item or a gift card.

All original tags must be attached and items must be in original packaging.

Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box, free of shipping labels.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Undergarments & Final Sale items may not be returned.

Orders placed after 4:00PM Central time will be processed and shipped the following business day.
