Online Return Policy
To receive a refund in the original form of payment for online purchases, items must be returned and received back in-store within 30 days upon original receipt. Shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable.
If you received free shipping on your initial purchase and return any/all items in that purchase you will be charged the amount of the initial shipping and handling.
In order to be returned, items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
All original tags must be attached and items must be in original packaging.
Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box, free of shipping labels.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Undergarments & Final Sale items may not be returned.
Orders placed after 4:00PM Central time will be processed and shipped the
following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customer is responsible for payment of all Customs and duties fees "Import Fees" on international shipments. This fee includes any Taxes, Brokerage, Disbursement, entry prep, Ca Customs and any other fees charged by customs or government agencies to allow the shipment into the receiving country.
The customer is responsbile for all carrier shipping charges on international orders. The carrier shipping charges (not including duties or taxes) will be determined after your order is placed. We will estimate the cost through the carrier and then send you a confirmation email with the estimated cost. At that time you will have the option to confirm or cancel your order.
Customs and duties fees will be billed in one of two ways:
1. The fees will be calculated upon shipment and due upon delivery. Customer will pay the fees directly to the carrier upon delivery.
2. We (Blond Genius) will receive an invoice for the customs and duties fees from the shipping carrier after the shipment passes through customs. The customer
will be notified (via email) of the invoice total due. The amount due will be immediately charged to the customer's credit card used during the original purchase.
Due to delays in receiving the customs and duties invoice from the shipping carrier this invoice may not take up to 2 weeks after actual delivery of goods.

In-store Return Policy
Store credit will be issued for all returns. Returns must be made within 14 days from date of purchase.
All tags must be attached. Items that have been worn or altered are non-returnable.
Undergarments & Sale items are final sale.
