Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 21 days of receipt of purchase. (Date on reciept in shipment.) Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and all tags must be attached. Store credit will be issued for all returns received beyond 21 days. Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges.

Pre-Orders & Special Order Items: Please note, on pre-orders and special orders, you will not be refunded your down payment should you decide to return your product. You will be issued store credit for the sum of your down payment.

Please contact Blond Genius to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION #. Simply email us at info@blondgenius.com. You will receive your Return Authorization # within 2 days. Returns will only be accepted with an RA#. We will process your return within 2-3 business days of receiving.
